## New Features

* **Bulk Operations via CSV**: Added support for bulk API operations including switch profile, add context, and turn off lead actions
* **Send Email from Voice**: Added ability for Apten voice AI to send emails to leads directly from the call
* **Async Variable Extraction**: Variables can now be marked as async if not needed on calls, reducing real-time latency
* **Call Recording Downloads**: Users can now download call recordings from the platform

### UI/UX Enhancements

* **No-Reply Indicator**: Added visual feedback when the playground agent decides not to reply

### Voice Call Improvements

* **Call Guardrails**: Added business hours rules for outbound calling
* **Do-Not-Call Instructions**: Voice agents now include opt-out handling in system prompts
