## New Features

* **Voice ID Per Profile**: Added ability to customize the AI voice for individual customer profiles

## Improvements

### Performance Enhancements

* **Start of Call Latency Reduction**: Reduced the time it takes for Apten to speak when connected to a call by \~1.7 seconds. This sounds much more natural when picking up calls.
* **Follow-up Timing Precision**: Follow-ups within the same day are now scheduled more precisely - they will trigger within 30 minutes to the scheduled time, to support more aggressive follow-up sequences

### UI/UX Improvements

* **Build & Test UI Redesign**: Complete redesign of the customer profile builder interface for improved usability and workflow
* **Email Signature Improvements**: Added support for images/logos and HTML in email signatures for more customizable branding

## Bug Fixes

* **Conversation UI Crash Fix**: Resolved critical issue where current node view was causing application crashes
* **New Build UI Fixes**: Fixed various UI bugs in the newly refactored build interface
