### Voice Bot Enhancements

* **Angry Customer Handling**: Added empathy rules to voice bot prompt for better handling of upset customers
* **End Call Interruptibility**: Made end call messages interruptible for better user experience

### Performance & Reliability

* **Knowledge Base Search Placeholder Speech**: Fixed issue where voice bot was repeating search placeholder speech when searching knowledge base
* **Voice Text Tool Timing**: Fixed timing issue where text messages were sent before voicemail detection completed

### UI/UX Improvements

* **Contact Rate Metric**: New cross-channel contact rate metric with breakdown by channel (SMS, email, voice) in the overview dashboard
* **Default Business Hours**: New profiles now default to 9-5 ET business hours for convenience
* **Lead Export Enhancement**: Added Lead ID column as the first column in data exports for easier tracking

## Bug Fixes

* **Double Voicemail Bug**: Resolved issue where voicemails were sometimes sent twice
* **Voicemail Transfer Fix**: Fixed bug where voicemails were being transferred to human agents. Improved voicemail inbox handling.
