## New Features

* **Multiple Webhook Endpoints**: Support for routing webhooks to multiple endpoints (e.g., Zapier and custom backend integrations)
* **Inbound Email Attachments**: Made email attachments downloadable in UI and added webhook indicators for attachment presence

## Improvements

### Voice Bot Enhancements

* **Better Interruption Handling**: Improved voice bot sensitivity to interruptions to prevent false interruptions
* **Faster First Message on Voice**: Voice bot now speaks almost immediately after the call is connected
* **Idle Timeout Configuration**: Made voice bot idle detection timeout configurable per customer profile
* **Improved Summaries**: Enhanced call and conversation summary quality and relevance
* **SMS Tool Reliability**: Voice bots are now better and more accurate at sending text messages mid-call
* **Lead Classification**: Improved "Is Hot" tag logic for better lead qualification and scoring

### UI/UX Improvements

* **Call Duration Filter**: Added ability to filter metrics by call duration (greater than/less than)
* **AI Voice Transfer Indicator**: Added visual indicator for mid-call transfers to human agents
* **Signup Error Screen**: Fixed error screen that shows up during the sign-up process

* **Email for Voice Bots**: Fixed issues where voice bot would incorrectly attempt to send emails
* **Link Request Opt-out**: Fixed "no" to link send incorrectly triggering opt-out status

* **Node ID Copy Button**: Fixed page refresh when clicking copy button in customer profile
