## What is Webchat?

Apten's webchat widget is an embeddable chat interface that enables real-time, AI-powered conversations with your website visitors. The webchat agent automatically engages visitors, follows your conversation flow, collects contact information, and seamlessly integrates with your existing Apten platform.
