Open a profile in Build & Test, enter edit mode, and click Flow Studio. Start from a suggested template or describe what your agent should do.Build a flow for new leads. Ask what they need and when they want to get started, then offer to connect interested leads with our team. Use the attached script and keep the tone friendly.Flow Studio uses your business knowledge and references to draft the profile, checks the flow, and runs conversation tests. Continue in the same conversation to refine the result.
