New Features
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration: Native two-way sync with Dynamics 365 — leads, tags, conversation history, and unsubscribe state. Includes a guided setup wizard in the dashboard.
- MFA Visibility & Enforcement: Organization admins can now see which members have multi-factor authentication enabled and require MFA across the org.
- Optimization Reports with Profile Context: The optimization view (objections + follow-up patterns) now includes a profile-name header, simpler observation copy, rejection-reason capture for proposals, and a streamlined review flow.
- Agent-Missed-Transfer Webhook: New webhook event fires when a warm transfer is initiated but the human agent misses the call, so you can trigger your own retry/notification logic.
- Server-Side Announcements: In-app announcements are now stored server-side with per-org dismissal so all team members see new feature highlights consistently.
- Common-Objections Refinement: Optimization view now batches and refines common objection clusters with better topic labels for more actionable insights.

Voice Bot Enhancements
- Faster Reply Decisions: The reply-or-not and stop-contacting decisions are now sub-second with a high-availability fallback for more responsive conversations at scale.
- Live-Line Detection on Voicemail: New detection identifies when a “voicemail” is actually a live person picking up mid-greeting and switches the bot back to live-call mode automatically.
- Call Screening Pass-Through: Voicemail detector now correctly routes carrier call-screening prompts (e.g., Verizon Call Filter) through to the bot rather than treating them as voicemail.
- Voicemail Transfer Block: The agent will no longer attempt to transfer a voicemail to a human.
- Faster Tool-Call Pipeline: Internal optimizations remove duplicate work and parallelize webhook execution to keep the conversation loop snappy.
Conversations & Automations
- Funnel-Optimization Action History: Optimization analysis agent now uses past actions as context, leading to better proposals over time.
- Contextual Opt-Out Detection: Stop-contacting decisions now consider full conversation context rather than just the latest message.
- Holiday Pause for SMS Transfers: SMS transfers are paused on US holidays automatically.
- Tag Event Metrics: Tag-event metrics now correctly filter by the requested tags and support larger time-bucket sizes.
UI/UX Improvements
- Dynamics 365 Mock UI: Preview the Dynamics 365 setup flow before connecting your tenant.
- Mid-Call Transfer Attribution: Conversation UI now shows the correct who-ended-the-call attribution for calls that end via mid-call transfer.
- Voice Call Screening Indicator: Visual indicator in the call list and call detail when call screening was hit.
- Scheduling Tool Filter in Build: Scheduling and availability tools are filtered out of the per-node tool selector to prevent them from being added to the wrong agent.
- Edit Schedule – Voicemail Checkbox: Added a per-step voicemail checkbox to the Edit Schedule dialog for call follow-up steps.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an infinite-loop bug in call status retry logic.
- Fixed a race condition that dropped call-attempted events for voicemail calls.
- Fixed knowledge-base context cleanup occasionally removing in-progress tool calls from the agent.
- Fixed current date/time not being available to voice agent prompts in some flowchart configurations.
