  • Temporary external compliance blocks: Return blockType: "temporary" to block only the current send and let the lead’s follow-up sequence continue on its normal cadence, including when a voice call is blocked immediately before dialing. Fail-closed provider errors are temporary; missing blockType keeps the existing permanent-block behavior. See External Compliance Checks.
