New Features
- Automations — Resolve Timezone action: Convert location data you already have — a CRM time zone value in any common format, a zip code, a phone number, or a state — into a time zone Apten can use, so leads are contacted at the right local hours. Inputs are tried in order and unrecognized values fall through; pair it with Create Lead’s Time zone field. See Resolve Timezone.
- Nested branches in Automations: Branch steps can now contain their own Branch steps, up to 3 levels deep — split a path, then split it again — and you can insert a Branch into an existing automation without rebuilding the flow. The total step limit per automation is now 75 (up from 30). See Control Steps.
- Automations: Build CRM-triggered workflows on a visual canvas — when a record is created or a field changes in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, Apten can create leads, send messages, switch customer profiles, register Do Not Contact numbers, and more, with filters and branching to control each path. Available to admins under Automations in the sidebar. See Automations.
- Automations — condition groups: Mix AND and OR logic in one condition list, like Status = Qualified and (Source = Web or Source = Referral). Add a group from the condition editor on trigger conditions, Filter steps, Branch rules, and Find CRM Record conditions. See Condition groups.
- Recover Deleted Automations: Deleted automations now stay in a Recently deleted view for 30 days so you can restore them as drafts instead of rebuilding them.
- Minute-Based Follow-Up Schedules: Set follow-up delays in minutes as well as hours from the profile editor and Edit Schedule controls.
- AI Lead Transfer for SMS and Webchat: SMS, webchat, and scheduled transfers can now confirm that a lead is ready before connecting them with a person, with an option for immediate transfer instead.
- Expanded Automation Actions: Automations can now add or remove tags during a run.
- Interested-Lead Channel Breakdown: The Metrics page now shows how interested leads divide across SMS, voice, and email, including the underlying counts.
- Custom-Field Filters in Data Explorer: Filter leads by text, number, or boolean values in custom fields, then manage the results with clearer table controls and saved column preferences.
- Read-Only Analyst Access: Analysts can now view Build & Test, customer profiles, sources, and custom knowledge without changing production configuration.
Improvements
- Source Links in AI Responses: When AI uses web-scraped knowledge, it can now include the original source link so your team can verify the information.
