  • Timeline events on Add Context: The Add Context API now accepts an event field for things that happen at a point in time — a status change in your system, a completed application step, a booked meeting. Unlike context (standing facts and instructions), an event is recorded in the conversation timeline with a timestamp, so the AI knows when it happened relative to the lead’s messages, treats it as news the lead hasn’t seen yet, and can bring it up naturally or move the flow-chart conversation forward in response. Send event, context, or both in one call.
