  • call.transfer.failed webhook: Subscribe to Call Transfer Failed to learn that a transfer was started and did not connect. The event includes the failure reason and, when available, when the transfer attempt started and how many seconds elapsed before Apten recorded the failure. A dedicated transfer call the lead never answered still uses call.attempted.

Improvements

  • Email and call engagement on the Lead API: Lead responses from Get Lead and List Leads now include hasRepliedEmail and hasAiCall alongside hasReplied, so you can tell how a lead has engaged: by text, by email, or by speaking with Apten on a call.
